The mail will be something like this:

If you consider these domain names and internet keyword are important to you and it is necessary to protect them by registering them first, contact us soon. Thanks for your co-operation and support.

Just delete the email, it is spam trying to get you to register other variations of your domain such as yourdomain.cn. Nobody can use your current domains without your consent as long as they are not allowed to expire.
